Susan Collick – Daisy Chains
Visit the Dancing Eye Gallery this Friday, November 2, to meet Susan Collick, owner/designer of Daisy Chains Jewelry. Susan is very passionate about creating her custom sterling silver jewelry with semi-precious stones. She chooses gemstones that “boast beautiful anomalies or shocking color contrast.” Susan believes “there is beauty to be found, even in seemingly imperfect places.” For this First Friday trunk show from 6 to 9 p.m., she will bring a wonderful selection with her. Don’t miss the opportunity to find that perfect piece!
Join us and meet the artist this Friday, December 15, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. as we feature Blackened Ruby vintage-inspired and amusing jewelry by Jenn Lootens.
Jenn is a local beader and jeweler. Her handmade designs suggest making new traditions while looking back into your own jewelry box. Most of all, wearing Jenn’s jewelry is fun because she has fun creating it! As you can see from the above samples, she doesn’t think that jewelry has to be serious, expensive or unexciting. Don’t miss this opportunity to see Jenn’s collection!

Nicole’s extensive art background and talent led to her receipt of the Editor’s Choice Blue Ribbon Award at the Henry Ford Museum’s Maker Faire Detroit. She currently works in Ann Arbor.
